Acceptance to the Outreach Concern Intern Program requires an in-depth interview, extensive reference check and fingerprinting to ensure we are selecting the most appropriate candidates. Prospective intern-counselors must:
- Be at least a senior level Bachelor's student, or Master's, post-graduate, or Doctoral student in Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or a related field
- Be available two days per week for the entire school year during school hours (approximately 8:00 am-3:00 pm, M-F)
- Be available to attend a minimum of two hours per week clinical supervision for the entire school year
- Attend a three-day mandatory orientation and training program to be held in early September.
